A powerful and healing ceremony begins long before you enter the room.
Your preparation is the foundation in which the journey can unfold.
On this page you will find everything you need to get started well prepared:

This way you enter the ceremony grounded, clear and receptive – ready to surrender completely to what wants to reveal itself.

Ayahuasca is a powerful plant medicine and not suitable for everyone.
Your safety is always our top priority. Take these points seriously – participation is not possible in the following cases:
Contraindications – Important safety considerations
Medication
Are you taking antidepressants (SSRIs), antipsychotics, or certain heart medications? This combination can cause dangerous physical reactions. Never stop taking your medication on your own initiative; always consult your doctor.
Mental health
Participation is not safe for people with current or past psychosis, bipolar disorder, or other serious psychiatric conditions. This also applies to those with a family history of these conditions.
Physical Health
Serious cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, or other relevant medical conditions make participation risky. Always consult a doctor first.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Ayahuasca is not recommended during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.

Diet & Physical Preparation
Dieta: nutrition for body & mind
To optimally prepare your body and mind, ideally start a light and pure diet 7 days before the ceremony (3 days is the absolute minimum).
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, red meat, dairy, spicy foods, sugar, processed foods, and sexual activity.
Choose simple, plant-based meals: vegetables, fruit, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas.
Physical Preparation:
Stay well hydrated, get enough sleep, and limit screen time or mental distractions.
Gentle movement, meditation, and stretching help calm your system and anchor your intention.
